IRC shared chat support
To the best of my knowledge, the only way to determine that a chat is shared is by checking the room ID for each message and verifying if it matches the origin.
IRC should broadcast custom events whenever a user joins or parts a Stream Together, as well as when shared chat begins or ends.
This information is already public on the website for casual viewers, failing to provide a dedicated event for this forces developers to rely on workarounds that could break at any time.
