Most newer EventSub/API endpoints give a message fragment property where the plain text message is broken down into its components (text, emotes, cheermotes, mentions, etc).

Bringing this forward to all existing EventSub/API calls that only provide a raw text field would be a welcome change, as this would start providing emotes that one could not parse otherwise when handling, and having a common defined property.

Some endpoints that only provide plain text would be: (this is only a brief list, there are likely more)

Custom Cheer Redemption Add (EventSub, userinput)
All Channel Reward EventSub subscriptions
Get Custom Reward Redemption (API, userinput)

Overall, this change would improve handling for any and all text based events/api calls, and provide a common pattern to use when handling them. As well as access to Twitch emotes that were used in the message.
