How can we improve the developer experience on Twitch?

Developers: API

Categories

Provide an API to return available Power Ups

Similar to "Get Content Classification Labels" for returning CCL's that are available. Since Power Ups are common across all of twitch an API to obtain the current site wide power ups rather than hard coding an enum will be of use to tool developers

Can confirm, an API for this would be more reliable than a hardcoded enum.

Should the time ever come where Twitch adds/removes from it, they will be the single source of truth via said API, rather than us needing to go back into our codebases to add/remove such data from our hardcodes.
