Community Challenges in EventSub/API
Community Challenges (not to be confused with the current Goals for subscribers, followers, etc) could be created under channel points that viewers could contribute channel points towards to complete.
In the PubSub era, events related to these came across the community-points-channel-v1 topic. With the shutdown of PubSub, they were never brought across to EventSub and any access to them was lost.
Proposing these are brought back as EventSub events, as they were used a fair amount when they were available. In addition to events, adding API methods to add, stop, and any other relevant methods
