Featured Clips - Set as featured
But I forgot to add a user voice to set/unset the feature flag of a clip
We'd like to set/unset based on our own automation or external criteria, like we might run a poll in the streamers discord for clip voting and want the mark that clip as featured for a time.
Or we make a highlight reel so we feature the clips uses and this is done in an automatic way as the editor used a clip disco tool to select clips then download them (see get MP4 as an editor https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310213-developers/suggestions/39228784-extend-clips-api-to-provide-the-mp4-url-so-editors) and the we can mark as featured automatically
