Add user details to Automod Message Hold Event
Please add user details to the 'automod.message.hold' subscription type like:
1. Badges
2. Or/and moderator, VIP and subscriber status

That way we can determine the severity of the held message based on the user.
It currently works like this in the first-party AutoMod queue and in Twitch chat, where a user's chat badges are shown.
