Remove the channel:read:polls scope requirement for subscribing to channel.poll.begin/channel.poll.progress/channel.poll.end
Polls are visible to anyone in the stream chat, why is a special scope required to view the poll via the API?
The channel.poll.progess etc. events should require the same scope as channel.chat.message.
