Anonymized Get Chatters Endpoint
Re-add an app access token based endpoint to get all chatters for a stream, in an anonymized form, for more detailed analytics.
To insure this data isn't used in a bad way, the user should be anonymized, so you only know that a user watches streamer a, b and c but not who this user is.
It would also be necessary to only allow this endpoint for streams with a viewer_count greater than 500 (or some other number) to insure the user not being identifiable.
By allowing to get all chatters for a stream, you can create more detailed analytics about viewer movement etc.

I propose adding a new API endpoint that allows streamers to retrieve the chat logs of VIP users (users with the VIP badge) for a selected time period. This endpoint would enable streamers or moderators to monitor VIP activity and assess their engagement more effectively.
Currently, managing VIP users is cumbersome because the moderator view only displays message counts as “+999” and requires manual scrolling through individual users' messages. The process becomes slower and more time-consuming as you scroll back further, making it impractical to evaluate activity for larger communities.
This API endpoint would streamline the process, providing a simple and efficient way for streamers to analyze VIP users’ activity and make informed decisions about managing VIP status, such as removing it for inactivity.

Only with a moderator scope, this will help mods go back in logs for a user rather relying on 3rd party logs site or using graphql
