Add a new endpoint to Entitlements that will allow devs to pass in the game id. The endpoint will return data on active, completed or upcoming drops. The data is already available on the Twitch site on the drops campaign page https://www.twitch.tv/drops/campaigns.

Having this data would be useful to use on fan made websites so that visitors can get reminders of available drops.
