Add "Do not ban moderators " or "Do not ban usernames" that are trusted. So that Shield Mode does not defeat its own purpose by banning human moderators to leave the channel vulnerable to chat abuse vandalism, which could shut down the channel. Another setback discovered in testing, is that when a moderator unbans a Shield Mode banned moderator, the moderator sword is not restored by the unban. So that moderator is unable to protect the channel from chat abuse vandals. There are workarounds, but they take precious time. AutoMod should be checked that it is not getting Shield Mode banned.

Also, bans for inadvertently triggering Shield Mode by accident, may lose subscriptions and cheers. Perhaps a white list for moderators and/or trusted members can be added to Shield Mode, so they are not banned.

IMPORTANT: This describes very polite feedback in the hopes it is useful, based on discoveries made in recent Shield Mode testing. We are definitely not disparaging Shield Mode. It is a really useful tool. Thank you so much Twitch!
