Keep streaming quality as user selected when using picture in picture
When using Picture in Picture mode, the quality of the stream drops to the "out of focus" quality, rendering the PIP mode unusable.
When I use PIP I'm ACTUALLY watching the stream, so it would be nice having it in HD when applicable.
