Allow users to watch stream at 1080p 30fps
1080p 30fps instead of just 1080p 60fps (Source) will be great for people with limited internet connection, you can experience quality of video similar to source but at HALF THE BANDWIDTH.
Right now there is option for 720p, 720p60, 1080p60 (Source)
Just add an option like 720p, 720p60, 1080p, 1080p60 (Source)
I have watched people who actually stream at 1080p30 it is a better experience than 720p60.

Seriously so many options for 720p but nothing for 1080p. I often sit on LTE with data caps, and 1080p 30fps would be far better experience than 720p 60fps - which is just super blurry.
Ofc going AV1 would be the best - increasing quality and using less bandwidth, but for now - seriously add 1080p 30fps option for people wanting quality image with less bandwidth usage.

I know that every alternative requires more streaming hardware and more cost, but seriously.
Lots of people have plenty of bandwidth for 1080p, but not double that.

Most channels now don't even have 720 without 60 FPS as well, so I just have to watch everything at 480p despite having broadband. I'm not that far from a major city but ISPs don't compete in the U.S. so I probably won't have the bandwidth for 720p60 let alone 1080p60 this decade. It's yet another reason that I consider cancelling Prime for.

I think it's stupid to not give everybody the possibility to choose which video quality have to watch his/her favourite streamer.

PLEASEEEEEE increase the upload bandwidth limit for affiliates and partners, I have upload in abundance and I would love to be able to stream my 1080p source at 12mbit for example and really take advantage of the improved quality over 6mbit, currently 6mbit for affiliate and 8mbit for partners just isn't enough in my eyes, considering the considerably higher limits Youtube has, and the difference in quality this would have, this would also come alongside needing more transcoding servers for affiliates, but I feel Twitch is in the right place to easily make these adjustments for broadcasters and viewers for the enjoyment of all.

For example I want source quality graphics but limit my framerate to 30 fps. It will make the video run smoother but not have to look at grainy graphics
