It'd be nice to not see gambling "games" in the Category Suggestions; for the past week or two, the top suggestion has been "Slots", at 150+ viewers per channel... and if I wanted to see something akin to slot machines, or other gambling related "games", I'd just play a lootbox driven game, like something modern out of EA.

Just wanted to update this thread that we are doing an experiment right now with Stream Display Ads! These are less disruptive ads that allow viewers to see and hear Creators while being displayed. Four years, and nearly to the day in fact, between this suggestion/feedback and "oh hey, we're rolling out something slightly less obtrusive"... and yet, they don't count for pre-roll blocking (as per the article linked at the end of the tweet in the reply from the admin), the entire reason several streamers I watch even run ads in the first place.

Setting this to a partial release status as the majority of ads on web and TV apps should now have normalized sound. We are still continuing the work on this and will update the status again when it is fully complete!

This might be a few years old, but it gets my support -- I've had several streams since I started where it's one 4-hour stream locally, but the net hiccouped for a couple seconds and twitch went "ok, you disconnected and restarted, that's two broadcasts" and I'd like to be able to connect them together, especially when it happens say... mid combat for a climatic boss fight, and you'd want the entire boss fight together in one block.
