An error occurred while saving the comment PlokGamingTwitch commentedI agree with what some people are saying about relying on 3rd party applications for loyalty points. Having an option for streamer (and perhaps even mods) to give out channel points would be good. I'd like to expand the suggestion by adding a new API endpoint for channel-point management. That way 3rd party developers will still be able to hook into a loyalty system.

An error occurred while saving the comment PlokGamingTwitch commentedWould very much appreciate this feature. Modding for a Sims 4 streamer we regularly include content made by our viewers. It would be awesome if the stream markers would be available when replaying the VOD's.

We’re reviewing this. Curious how long you think would be ok.

An error occurred while saving the comment PlokGamingTwitch commentedI 100% agree. My list of bot accounts and other malicious account is approaching 2 million accounts. Most of these have not been suspended or deleted while they were involved in multiple hate raids and/or follow bot attacks. Twitch's official stance of ignoring the follow bot attacks is simply not an option. Nor is blocking 2 million accounts.

Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

An error occurred while saving the comment PlokGamingTwitch commentedVery much would like this. At the moment we receive lists of bot- and troll accounts which we ban on several channels. This all needs to be done by hand.
The endpoint 'PUT https://api.twitch.tv/helix/users/blocks'; unfortunately only allows blocking of accounts for the authenticated user.
