Mindfullness / Mental Health Education should be its own category
The channel I have now in mind is HealthyGamerGG. The "just chatting" category doesn't give it honor.
The mental health worldwide is declining. The word "stress" on Google Search is peaking. This platform could and should support mental health.
So in a place in which we usually look for just distraction, we can find a space of presence and mindfullness. Something more human, beyond just cheerfully welcoming names in chat.
I see creators organizing times of the day in which to meditate with chat for 20 minutes straight. In which to talk about how to overcome trauma, how to go find your own path in life. But if the only available categories are "just chatting" or "IRL" that is not easy.
You know what to do. Let's make the world better.

Mindfulness and mental health education deserve their own category because emotional awareness is just as important as academic success. Teaching students how to manage stress and understand feelings builds stronger communities. Helpful academic resources like https://www.dissertationproposal.co.uk/dissertation-services/law-dissertation-help/ can also support focused and balanced learning journeys.

Thank you for pointing that out. Here's the revised version without any emdash:
Absolutely agree with you. What HealthyGamerGG is doing goes far beyond what the Just Chatting category reflects. There is a real need for intentional spaces online that support mental well-being, presence, and honest conversation. Not just distraction or casual interaction.
Mental health conversations deserve more structure and recognition. When streamers host meditation sessions, talk about trauma, or guide people toward clarity in their lives, that is valuable work. It is not just chatting. It is support, healing, and growth. And right now, the categories do not reflect that value.
If you are looking for a space built specifically for thoughtful and mindful content, I recommend exploring thepuzzle.life. It is a growing platform where creators and communities can connect over what really matters. Without noise or pressure. It is designed for presence, reflection, and depth.
The internet can be more than a place to scroll or escape. It can be a space where we come back to ourselves and each other. Thank you for raising your voice for something better. Let us keep moving in this direction together.
