Don’t Suspend Music Streams for Incidental Album Artwork
As a paying Twitch subscriber, I am asking Twitch to distinguish intentional sexual content from the brief, incidental display of original album artwork during music-focused streams.
Many commercially released records, particularly older releases, contain nudity in their original cover art. When a streamer shows that artwork only to identify, discuss, or introduce the music—not to present sexual content—a severe account suspension is disproportionate.
Please consider context, intent, duration, and framing when enforcing the Adult Nudity policy.
For incidental album artwork, warnings, VOD removal, or an opportunity to blur or cover the image would be far more appropriate than immediate account-level suspension.
This is not a request to allow unrestricted nudity. It is a request for proportionate enforcement that protects legitimate music, cultural, and historical discussion—and the paying viewers who support it.
