Fix the emotes on Twitch
So, The emotes on twitch is currently bugging out because some users reported that the emotes would display incorrectly depending on what the user have last see the emote. For example, If a mod posts a pinned message with moving emotes. The emote will shake uncontrollably and show different wrong emotes from other channels. If I had to guess it's because twitch system works on a system where the displaying of the emotes on certain platform causes it to get confused and called the incorrect emotes instead.
