Allow prediction submissions to be reopened and/or extended
Be it down to incorrectly estimating time, stream hiccups, plan changes or various other reasons, it's not unusual to want to extend a prediction. Currently the only options are to delete and remake the prediction, which clears everyone's bets, or leave it and deny latecomers a chance to participate.
The option to extend the timer on a live prediction or reopen the submissions on a pending one would be a (hopefully straightforward) way of improving this.
