i know twitch has rules and i’m not here to argue them or pretend nothing happened. i get why action was taken.

i just want to say this as someone who actually watched just1gio and was part of the community. the person he got banned for is not who he is now.

what happened was in his past. before the ban he was clearly trying to do better. you could see it in how he talked how he treated people in chat and the kind of content he was moving toward. he wasn’t doing shady stuff or trying to take advantage of anyone. he was building something positive and actually caring about his community.

a lot of people say they’ve changed online but this felt real. he owned his mistakes didn’t make excuses and still showed up trying to be better. watching that mattered to a lot of us. it showed people don’t have to be defined by the worst thing they ever did.

i’m not asking twitch to ignore rules or remove accountability. i’m asking if there’s any room to reconsider when someone shows real growth over time. a permanent ban feels like saying growth doesn’t matter and i don’t think that’s what twitch stands for.

even if the answer is no i hope this at least gets read by a real person. just1gio meant something to his community and losing him felt real.
