Disable or only allow the Broadcaster to use the /shoutout command
It would be nice to have the ability to disable or only allow the broadcaster to use the /shoutout command. By default, the command should be enabled. This gives the broadcaster the option to disable it and use their shoutout options. And prevents moderators from using the shouting command, should the broadcaster not want them to use it, and only allows the broadcaster to use it.
