Global community of moderators and the institute of reputation
There are several ideas:
1) Creating a global community of moderators, possibly with some events or a special panel at Twitchcon. With the ability to attend it specifically as a moderator.
2) Creating an institution of reputation, so that everyone knows about people who leak some private information about a streamer and do something beyond their authority. The history should be preserved even after changing the nickname.
