Currently, while you are able to disable/hide the shield mode icon in the chat bar, this setting affect every mod and the streamer of the channel.

Instead, this setting (or a new setting) should apply this per person, similar to how the Chat Highlights' shortcut option works.

Reason: Some mods may be more prone to accientially clicking it, Some mods may simply feel easier without it while others may feel easier that they can activate it faster.

There's no reason this should only be a global setting, I'm not against the idea of having a toggle to disable to icon for everyone but I do encourage having a toggle to disable this for yourself.
