Require streamers to make a list of clear and consise rules that moderators must follow
I think that streamers must make rules about what is and what isn’t allowed. This stems from a strange experience I had with a small streamer.
Before I start, let me just clarify that I am not asking for an unmute or anything. Basically I decided to watch a small streamer’s stream cause why not and then after a few minutes someone said something (I forgot what it was, but it was 100% relevant and nothing bad) and I said “I guess” and “no completions today tho”. A few minutes later I was suddenly muted. Since it was a small streamer, there are no rules. I heard of the streamer before but the streamer sure doesn’t know who I am and we never interacted before. I am pretty sure it was a moderator who just hated me. To be honest I can’t bother to care less about this incident because it was a small creator, and the chat is literally dead silent. The only thing I care about is this mod abuse issue. I know appeal systems exist but let’s be real, who the living **** reads it? I just feel like stuff like this can be easily abused by moderators who would ban people because of completely irrelevant personal beef. This is why I think clear rules are needed to prevent this.
I repeat, I don’t care about being banned from chatting in that one small unknown twitch streamer, but I believe this is a loophole that can easily be abused by corrupt moderators and I think should be fixed.
