Community support for Moderators
Moderators are important individuals on Twitch who dedicate a significant amount of time voluntarily to maintain a clean environment. They play a crucial role in supporting streamers and fostering the formation of communities.
Will there be a possibility in the future for communities to support moderators? Or is this something that is not considered by Twitch?
I am active in several communities and know that the viewers would always like to send something to the moderators as a thank you. Currently we have to run all this via third parties or streamers forward the bits to the moderators, for example.
Therefore, a direct solution might not be wrong.

Moderators often dedicate so many hours to building up a streamer's career with no compensation for their labor whatsoever. If these streamers are earning money from their work, why should moderators' labor be unpaid?
So I suggest moderators should receive a percentage from this money being made (preferably a cut from Twitch's earning, not the streamers').
That way, streamers won't need to spend money they don't have. There's also an extra incentive for mods to do their best in bringing in new people and fostering a welcoming environment in the chat, as their earnings will be tied to how much viewers spend.
ETA: Also, please keep in mind that oftentimes the people available for mod work are people with disabilities, stay-at-home-moms, and people who don't (or cannot) work full-time for health reasons, which makes it even more important that they are fairly compensated for their time and work.
