Clear Timeout/Ban Log
Sometimes mods timeout/ban someone on accident. We quickly unban them, but it still shows that they've been timed out and their record isn't clean. This can be harmful to the chatter as other mods or the streamer might think they've actually done something wrong and make a decision in the future based on this false record.

Just today I had an instance in which I timed someone out by clicking the timeout button when I was trying to click a link they sent me. People were chatting and as I was about to click the link the timeout button places itself right where I'm about to click. I feel very terrible for the mistake even though the viewer understood it was an accident.
Also happened today, I was accidentally banned when a mod was trying to load in the channel. He was clicking around on an unresponsive page and accidentally banned me.
Also, There's also people who pay channel points to be banned/timeout for a period of time or to have someone else banned/timeout. silly things like this shouldn't count on a person's ban record.
I was about to come in and suggest something like this but It's already been done
