Appeal channel ban to twitch
There have been cases of streamers banning users without any explanation, leaving the banned user feeling confused and frustrated. This lack of transparency can lead to a breakdown in trust between the streamer and their audience, and can also have a negative impact on the overall community.
Streamers should have to give a reason for a ban. And banned users should have the ability to appeal their ban to Twitch. This could be done through a system where the user can submit an appeal to Twitch, which can then review the ban and determine if it was justified. For instance, it is totally unjustified for Barb to have banned people simply for using dragonfeeney emotes in his channel after she made a sexual assault allegation against grandpoobear, an allegation which he has never denied. This allows for a fair and impartial process that is in the best interest of both the streamer and the user.
The appeal process can also provide an opportunity for streamers to reflect on their moderation decisions and potentially learn from any mistakes they may have made. It can also encourage them to be more transparent and communicative with their audience, which can foster a stronger sense of community.

But each streamer moderates their chat as they wish. I understand your point, but imagine if every mod has to add a reason to every ban. If you need to ban someone quickly (for whatever reason), it becomes impossible. Or they'll add random letter to ban him faster. So this addition will become useless.
From my side, mod/stream add the reason in the comment section (for the call) afterwards. However, add a "reason button" to add reason for ppl who are banned afterwards can be the solution.

There are some clear advantages to this idea, but there's also some disadvantages to this. There would have to be some sort of logging to determine if it's the streamer banning people like in the example above, or if it's the streamer's staff team. Then there would also have to be logs of which specific moderation member of the streamer banned the user and whether a reason for it was provided in chat or elsewhere. I feel like this might not be the best idea for the sole reason that it puts too much power into irresponsible hands, whether the ban was confusing or not.
