Shield Mode
Shield Mode should not be located next to the Moderator Sword when switching from Normal View to Mod View. It has cause multiple issues during streamers lives because of its proximity to the Mod Sword.

I agree. It's way too hard to hit and encouraging the mod to try it out is horrible. I mis-clicked it and then we didn't know how to turn it off. The new screen popped up on the other monitor behind things and I was panicking on how to turn it off. I mean I made one **** of an entrance today.
PLEASE move it or let us choose where the **** to put the dang button just like all the other things in mod view.

Channel owners should be able to disable the ability for moderators to turn on Shield mode. While Shield Mode seems wonderful for many, it is much too easy for moderators to turn on accidentally or without consulting the streamer. Since it affects the entire channel and not just that moderator, the streamer should have to ability to restrict and disable the ability for Shield Mode to be enabled. It is especially concerning since the button for it is right next to the Mod View button, and the first time a moderator logs into Twitch it encourages them to click it and try it out. This could heavily disrupt a stream, especially if the streamer is not actively looking at chat and doesn't know it has happened.
