"Suspicious User monitored by" appears on seemingly random users.
Moderators and long term watchers are marked with "Suspicious User monitored by" followed by nothing. There does not appear to be any ban evasion or similar involved, and no reason is given. Users marked as suspicious in this way do not appear in Suspicious User Activity. Seems to only occur when using channel point redeems.

This is happening recently with users being restricted or monitored and flagged as "possible harasser" - long ago created accounts, who are very confused why their accounts have been flagged. These seem to be false positives and come into stream in droves. Clearly the algorithm flagging these accounts is broken.
