Allows MODs to Edit & Disable clips created on channels they moderate for

As a feature request, Allow MODs to see & moderate created clips, currently only available to channel editors. and account owners.

My suggestion allow MODs to 1) see all channel clips for channel they moderate for 2) edit clip titles 3) "Disable" a clip making it Private, non viewable or indexable on internet. Then keep Delete function for Editors & channel owners.

With this I'd also suggest adding a Clips API endpoint so a person or 3rd party service could generate a CSV file of all clips on a channel. This should also be accessible to MODs & Channel owners in the MOD View and Stream Manager Dashboard. CSV would show (Creator, Channel owner, Category, Title, Clip URL, Creation Date,)

    The editing of clips has now been improved.

    You can now
    - rename titles,

    - cut clips shorter (if they are cut incorrectly)

    I still miss the change in the clips that allows you to move the clips into the correct game category.

    There are still many clips in the wrong categories. I can't imagine that it is really that difficult to implement a function that allows you to move clips from

    Twitch's administration doesn't give a **** about me, for a few months I've been writing to them to take away my DJ badge because it bothers me, prohibits me from vods and clips. Scandal for Twitch. How many more emails should I send how many messages should I send to you where else should I write to get you to take away this ********* **** blocking my work?

    But I would also add that you could edit the category.

    I have so many great clips that either have no title or were simply clipped in the wrong category because people often used to make clips from my VOD. Since the VOD is only published in the first category that is started, all subsequent clips will also be put in the category.

    It's annoying when your community wants to help you but can't help because the clips end up in the wrong categories.

    I generally have the problem that I can't edit clips myself.

    neither adjust the title nor change the category of the clip.

    With VOD this works without any problems but the clip itself remains forever with the title that was created.
    The only way to change this is to write to the user and ask them to give the clip a name.

    But the category cannot be changed at all, for example.
