"/modchat"
as a mod it would be helpful if i could talk to all the other mods without having to whisper them each individually once by one.....all we would have to do is type "/modchat <message>" and it would show up in chat like the ban, timeout, purge messages do. All mods can communicate without the rest of chat seeing it. Also, they can be pinned for important channel stuff like in discord, so any mod coming into chat can see what's new or changed with regards to the stream rules and such

We would definitely like to give Mods a way to communicate with each other more easily, and are starting to explore implementation options.

This suggestion is basicly 2 ideas together:
1- Adding a way to toggle the stream to mod-only mode. Right now we have sub-only mode, but in bigger channels it would be good to have a mod-only mode to do announcements, warnings, etc.2- Adding a separate mod chat, where only mods could see the messages and chat.

I feel like it'd be pretty simple to implement:
allow mods to toggle their chat messages to be hidden from the viewers. This would be useful in the case of chatbot maintenance (so chat isn't flooded with command lines), asking the broadcaster a sensitive question, or just allowing the mods to work behind the scenes unintrusively. -

Most people tend to use Curse or Discord in my experience.

You can just make a seperate chatroom and invite all the mods to it
