IP banish people from livestreams
Allow broadcasters to ip ban viewers from their stream & no longer watch there stream. Also an option for broadcasters to set this permission for moderators if they are comfortable.

Allow moderators & broadcasters not to only ban someone, but IP ban them from the channel so they can not repeatedly make troll accounts just to cause trouble, issue, & drama within a channel.
