Chat filter for emotes
Rather than removing emotes, create a chat filter that checks
emote tags. When approving emotes, apply rating tag to emotes that could be considered "sexual/explicit", these would be filtered out in channels that haven't enabled the 18+ notification.

This idea is quite powerful, because it's as important as the "Chat Filters" idea/feature that Twitch already provides us with.
Let me explain.
Under the "Chat Settings" (Cogwheel icon), there is "Chat Filters" On or Off.
I've set mine to On.
There are several filters under this option.
All of them are enabled.
But notice the "Sexually Explicit Language" filter.
CHAT FILTERS
Enable filtering in chat = ENABLED
...
Sexually Explicity Language = ENABLED
...Now, if I'm unable to filter chat by emote names, e.g. gachiHYPER, then this filter of "Sexually Explicit Language" is not enough to provide the experience I've come to expect with enable chat filtering.
Case scenario:
A streamer, with an audience of 20k, rambles a ****** joke, or plays a game that shows girls in swim suits. Suddenly we see hundreds of lines of chat with gachiHYPER which is code wording for ... you know ...So, I recommend that there be a higher priority on implementing this "Filter by emote" feature, that let's us enter a comma-separated list of emotes for the filter process. The filter process would behave the same as the existing ones already in place, by filtering/removing the entire message and user line of the chat feed.
