   Klinefelter Syndrome is a common chromosomal variation. It is also known as 47,XXY, XXY Syndrome or XXY. On this site we use the terms interchangeably.
   In most individuals there are 46 chromosomes, arranged as XY or XX. When a person is born with an extra sex chromosome (known as the X or Y chromosome) it is called a sex chromosome variation or anomaly. A person with Klinefelter Syndrome (KS) has an extra X chromosome to make up the genetic profile 47, XXY. The majority of individuals will have the extra X chromosome in all their cells but 15% to 20% of KS individuals are mosaics usually with 2 cell lines 47, XXY/46, XY. This essentially means that the extra X is in some of their body cells but not all of them.

6. Adding Portugal and the Association APPDA-Viseu

   Hello, I would like to add in the country tab my country Portugal and in the Charity tab the Portuguese Association for Developmental Disorders and Autism (APPDA) of my home town of Viseu.
   This association helped me so much when I was much younger and I would like to give back to help other children like me. I sometimes volunteer there and they are in need of some help to find a permanent headquarters.
   It would mean a lot to theses children and me if they could be added.

8. Donation Button

   This might come as a long shot but long a go I contacted our delivery service for food, I asked them the same question to add a donation button where the hungry got fed.

   Their at 800 thousand food deliveries to the poor and mal fed now, can't you add a donation button that appears once you have subscribed to some a channel that donates FOOD to unicef (with the condition of food for 3d world countries) and magic will shine and heaven will welcome you with open arms so will the publicity for twitch sky rocket. It won't cost you anything.
   The delivery service I vouched for is only in Sweden imagine what the whole earth will do, you can bock it down to like a plate of food to a week of food so like 2-10 bucks a donation.
   Great idea tons of mouths will get fed and the world will be a better place. Make sure it's the worst places too so it truly makes a difference.

   A meal would land on what 2 bucks or well a bit more than that they probably get 10 bucks is a week of food for someone for what a day of coding and setting up a webpage and making contact heck lets say 7 on a stretch including waiting time and setting up terms and conditions.

   You can prime advertising of food for starving places or create your own and just donate the bulk to Unicef with the condition of feeding the poor and poverty struck countries, well most likely Africa and other places around the world.

   What's the 10 bucks or 2 bucks while accessing the sub page, most people will most likely bite (just as I told the delivery guys) at some points and chip in. Twitch has done wonders too the world but I feel this will likely tip the company too a new age where it supports the people that most likely will never access the internet or at least not for a foreseeable age of 50 - 100 years in to the future.

   Please take this too hearth and make a BIG difference just like the delivery company did back in the past, their rival Uber Foods does not have a donation button and it's world array. Hey and heck you might know him maybe you can parse that it's a decent idea too add it as you waiting for your food in the app to add a donation button for food for starving people in the world. But please make this little button the prime focus of your next day, it WILL make a difference. So the little kid in Africa also gets a chance like you did well or fighting chance to ever achieve something in her / his life.

17. Has anyone reviewed the list of charities in the Creator Dashboard yet?

    Hello,
    I'm using the Creator Dashboard and I see a list of suggested charities that I can enable donations for. However, I'm quite concerned because I'm unclear about the selection criteria, transparency, and actual impact of these organizations.

    Some charities look familiar, but there are others I've never heard of. I want to make sure that if I enable donations, the money actually goes to the right place, and isn't just a formality.

    Have you thoroughly researched the charities in the Creator Dashboard?

    Right now I am donating $936 per year to an organization that helps impoverished families transition to financial stability. This amount is fully refunded on taxes during tax time due to a state tax credit.

    My state also has a tax credit for schools that amounts to $400. I don’t have kids Bro Games, but I think I am going to donate this to my local elementary school as well. Because why not.

    I haven’t seen this topic in this sub very often. I know that tithing is also a form of tax deductible donation.

19. More options for Southern Indiana charities

    I'm a streamer who was born and raised in Bloomington, IN. I would like to see more options for charities local to me. I'd love to help anywhere and everywhere, but I'm most knowledgeable to what is happening near me and would like to focus my support towards my community. I believe charities such as Help Ourselves Mutual Aid (HOMA) of Bloomington https://helpourselves.org/ and Becky's Place of Bedford https://www.archindy.org/cc/bloomington/beckysplace.html should be added to the list of charities available on Twitch.

20. Deciding where and how much to give to charity?

    Hi, everyone. My girlfriend and I are both in our mid-30s and currently make a combined $780k/year with relative consistency. Net worth is low/mid 8-figures, primarily from a successful acquisition. Our salaries have enabled us to live very well, but we feel like we want to use more of our money to help charities now that we're in the position to do so. All throughout high school, undergrad, and law school, I was involved in numerous nonprofits and volunteered very frequently, but I just don't have the time for that anymore, which has honestly made me feel like kind of a sellout lately grow a garden. I know my girlfriend feels very similarly. We know throwing money at our problem isn't going to fix it, but at this point in our lives, it's unfortunately all that we have to give.

    Our question is - what's the best method to choose what organizations we should send money to? We don't want to give it to some group that's just going to fill the wallets of its board members. And, more importantly, what's a reasonable amount to give? I used to feel good about just giving $50 here or there, but now it feels like our donations should scale up with our salaries.
