Charity

ATTENTION! Regarding charity requests...

The charity tool is now fully integrated with the PayPal Giving Fund, so if your charity is registered there, you should be able to find it to start a fundraising campaign. In the case you find your charity missing, please reach out to the organization regarding registering with the PayPal Giving Fund. You can learn more about how to sign up your charity here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/twitch-charity-charities. For more information on Twitch’s Charity Tool, please feel free to access our FAQ Help Article: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/twitch-charity-faqs.

How it works:
  • Choose a relevant category for your idea to check to see if any other users have already submitted this suggestion before creating your own
  • Upvoting existing ideas will increase the weight behind the idea, as opposed to multiple similar requests (we will combine these anyway)
  • Be sure to share your suggestion with others to gain more support!
  • Note: Suggestions are not guarantees that we will take action on an idea. We will try our best to communicate why an idea may not work, but may not always be able to share that information
If you need help:
This forum is for ideas only. If you need help, please check out our help portal for tons of articles that may answer your questions. If you still need help, you can reach out to our support team in the help portal as well!

Appeals or commentary on suspension decisions, support requests, suggestions disparaging others, and non-constructive feedback will be closed without comment.

  10. VIP or Iron man user .

I'll keep it simple, a BUYABLE feature like turbo and prime that sets the user in a VIP category that is unbannable by streamer mods and host , Twitch mods would be the only one that can ban a vip . streamers and host can report them for breaking rules that are set by TWITCH and TWITCH ONLY. after the mod would look at the chat logs and clip of the vip user the twitch mod would determine if he/she broke rules set by twitch.

This would help combat corrupt abusive admins and streamers because ive been banned on some…

  17. Portugal

There are many charities and institutions that are enrolled on the Paypal Giving Fund and that don't show up as options to create a fundraiser in the Twitch Charity Board.
There doesn't even seem to be an option to fundraise for any charities in Portugal...
This should really get fixed asap, knowing that Christmas is around the corner and people will want to fundraise during the season.

    For example: Portuguese UNICEF https://www.paypal.com/PT/fundraiser/charity/3656552

Or even the Red Cross: https://www.paypal.com/PT/fundraiser/charity/3656555

    and other associations https://www.paypal.com/PT/fundraiser/charity/4121444

Gracias.
