Creating an [End Fundraiser] function, as well as confirmation your donations was sent.
We can pause and start fundraisers in the charity tool, but we can't end them. There is also no confirmation that the money raised is being sent to the charity after the fundraiser has ended.
Is adding these in a possibility?

I agree. I was going through the only two I have done and digging in my email for some kind of confirmation.
Also an "end" button would make this feel less unfinished/on hiatus even though we probably know it is done. In this era of multiple covid infections and mass brain fog I think the more reassurances we have the better so we aren't quick to gaslight ourselves.
In the dashboard it says "Donations are typically tax deductible in the US, and donors will be emailed an official donation receipt issued by PPGF for their records,"
but if I am the one holding the charity stream and not donating - I won't receive an email from PPGF.
I want an invoice of completion in my Twitch dashboard, showing that the money went to PPGF, showing the amount of fees taken out and the net amount, and showing the net amount went to it's final destination with a timestamp so I can be confident the charity got their money without asking viewers, who might only be there for the charity and not me, if they received a confirmation email from PPGF.
Seeing what happened with Ironmouse and Vshojo it makes me uneasy and not trusting of Twitch if there is intentional lack of transparency.
Either it is intentional lack of transparency OR it was never even considered in the first place as something that should be implemented banking on unquestioned trust from creators on Twitch. Both are bad.
Especially since it is PayPal and the cut still happens (PPGF receives donations minus payment processing fees of 1.80% + $0.05 to 3.30% + $0.05.) so it isn't the full amount that was raised on stream. I would want to know the actual final amount donated after fees, date and timestamp.
I want peace of mind.
I am a small creator, highly unpopular because I am a conventionally attractive Asian woman who talks about politics and social issues and doesn't play into stereotypes. When I choose a charity I choose not mainstream ones because at the end of the day direct mutual aid will go farther than donating through organizations with huge overhead and staff to pay first before they actually have any of the money help anyone.
I want to be sure these organizations receive their money.
I haven't done or planned for another charity stream via twitch because it is still either start or resume and no invoice at the end for the streamer.
