  3. "Oh no! We can’t enable Prime Gaming on your account" problems

    Hi! I have problems with my Prime Gaming. I could be able to claim the reward for Assassin's creed Valhalla by using free-trial of the Prime. However, I could not claim the reward of League of Runeterra. It is said that "Oh no! We can’t enable Prime Gaming on your account"

    Hello!

    This seems like an issue better resolved by Amazon support. Please reach out to them and they’ll be able to assist you with your prime gaming questions.

  4. I can't change my payment method and nobody is giving me a answer, they are closing my case without writing anything

    I can't change it, in "Change Payment Method" it says "If you wish to edit your details please contact support." but when i contact to support they are not writing anything and closing my case, please hear my voice!.
