Make subscriber Icons visible in EVERY twitch chat

Make subscriber Icons visible in every twitch chat. If you got more than one subscriber icon, let people choose their favorite one.

    This doesn't make much sense, saying you subscribe to an unrelated channel is what using other channel's emotes is for; a misplaced sub badge is just that

    I honestly don't think this is a great idea, The sub Icon is channel specific and would look really out of place for no reason in other twitch chats.
