Bit emote not showing as available, even though I've unlocked it.
I've unlocked the 1000 bits emote on a streamers channel but it's not showing up for me at all, I can see there are 3 more locked bit emotes that I don't have yet but the emote I SHOULD have isn't there, when I click on it (when someone else in chat uses it) it says I've unlocked it but I don't have it to use, it doesn't even work if I copy paste the text for it, I've looked every where for it, even in other streamers emotes just in case it bugged and put it in there's instead.
It's not just the desktop version of twitch, I also don't have it on the phone version either so it's obviously a bug with twitch itself, I've tried steps provided by twitch support but absolutely nothing works.
I've even spoken to the streamer and they've had a look and said there's nothing they can do.
has anyone else had this issue? if so how did you fix it?
