About the CLIP BADGES
Hello,
i think it's important to give Clip Badges to the viewer that used its precious time to make a good clip even if the streamer or someone else publish it. So if the creator of the clip on Twitch is "Mario" but "Streamer" publish it, the reward should be given to "Mario".
