Badges for teammates
Some members of a team don't have the VIP badges to give out. I think if you're part of a team, the team manager should be able to upload a badge that team members can assign to other team members. VIP Badges are limited and personally, I'd like to be able to recognize other team members with a badge to signify them being a teammate.
