No Cap on Artist Badges/Role Assignments - FIVE IS NOT ENOUGH
This idea has been voiced over and over again, and it has not been acted on. This is not something that would be "nice" to have, it is a necessity. We NEED more artist badges/roles. Five is not enough, five is the bare minimum.
It takes a village to make a stream what it is. If you are not a self made artist, you will be using up those artist roles very quickly and will be having to pick favorites.
If you think about it, most streamers have more than one emote artist, some streamers commission overlay artists, some have model artists, some have music artists. Already that is five artist slots taken up. However, with the boom in popularity of VGen, and the never ending ingenuity the VTubing sphere of Twitch is bringing to making streams more interactive and engaging than ever before, five slots is NOT enough.
The cap on artist roles for one's channel shouldn't even exist, because then you are holding one artist's work over another's. Why does one artist take precedence to getting an artist role over another? Is their work insignificant? These should NOT be questions that even have to be thought about!
Twitch, PLEASE, remove the cap on Artist Badges/Role Assignments. We should not have to play favorites with our artists and have each of them get recognized in our chats equally for their hard work!

Agreed. As everyone else has said, no reason this should have a cap

If you can give emote attribution to more than 5 people at a time, you should be able to give them all artist badges. At the absolute bare minimum this is a structural inconsistency between 2 systems twitch has implemented, which should open up further discussion about a better credit implementation or at LEAST adding more artist slots.

there really is no need to have a limit on the amount of artists you can assign on your channel. it is incredibly counterintuitive as a LOT of streamers definitely use more than five artists for their assets!

There's FAR more than five artists who are involved with my work in one way or another and they deserve recognition. This should not have a cap.

This honestly isn't something that should even have a cap in my opinion. There are usually WAY more than 5 artists contributing to stream content. I have at least 4-5 emote artists ALONE, let alone crediting people for models/panels/assets and so on!
