Artists should get full access to emotes they've made.
Artists should have free access to emotes they have made for other streamers. The amount of times I have been asked to show off my emotes I've made and not been able to because I'm not currently subscribed to the streamer is frustrating.
We finally have the artist badge, now allow the artists to have some power. Give artists the emotes they have made without paying for subs to all of the streamers they've made emotes for.

Agreed, we should be able to use the emotes we make that are attributed to us. Perhaps in the case of "but you sold it" streamers should have the power to allow their emotes to be used by those they attributed so streamers that do want you to sub for them can just turn it off.
In most cases we still have the rights in our T&Cs to use our own art for personal use, advertising our work, portfolios. If I paint a picture on a canvas, yeah I'm going to take a picture of it to show my friends, family and people that ask about my previous work unless specified in the T&Cs otherwise. @GraceOMalice

But, you sold it. If I buy a painting on canvas, you don't get to walk into my house when I'm having a dinner party and show it off, even if you were personally invited to the dinner party. If I've bought (the rights to use) the art, especially if I've purchased it with exclusive use rights, I get to decide who then has access to use that art through my channel. If I decide the price for use is a subscription, that's my decision to make. I'm sorry streamers are trying to bully or embarrass you into buying a subscription to their channel by trying to get YOU to show off the emotes when THEY could just as easily do it, or even create a command which would do so. That's not terribly nice of them, and I absolutely understand how that would be deeply frustrating especially when you want to show off the work because it's something you're proud of. But it doesn't change anything. This literally comes down to legal rights of use, and Twitch isn't going to break the law because some streamers are being jerks to artists.

I am not an artist, but I would be more than happy for my artists to always have access to the emotes they made for me and that I have added.
