There’s a streamer I watch frequently and I can’t use other follower emots and it’s very frustrating how can this be fixed and when?

I'm unable to use follower emotes for a streamer I am subbed to and mod for. Others in the community can use them on mobile so it's extremely frustrating that it won't work for me.

How can this be a problem almost one year later?

Follower emotes aren't appearing in the mobile app; many users and new followers are completely unaware of them if they only use the mobile app. We love the idea of follower emotes to increase engagement for non-subscribers. Are there plans to make them available on the mobile app? Thanks.

Cannot see on Andrioid or Iphone on twitch mobile..it would be really nice to be able to use the Follower Emotes from mobile.

Every viewer on my channel who is watching on mobile doesn't see my follower emotes. This has apparently been a problem for months. How is this still an issue? Twitch, please fix this so that my mobile viewers can access the same emotes as everyone else!

I notice that the free follower emotes don't work on handheld devices such as phones or tablets. Is this intended? I want my community to freely use their emotes and most are on mobile these days as it is the easiest access to the internet world.

Since i unlocked the follower emotes feature, my community isn't able to use them or see them in the chat unless they are from a computer, and most of my community is mobile app people, what should be helping is in fact damaging.

My mobile users (iOS and Android) are also experiencing this issue, with the Follower emotes not showing in the selector for them, so they cannot use Follower emotes. They can see Follower emotes when they've been put in by someone on PC chat though.

the 5 free follower emotes are great.

Unfortunately, currently none of the viewers watching from a cell phone can use them, that must be fixed quickly.
Because otherwise it currently has only one disadvantage for a group of viewers.

yes my viewers are having the same issues but the desktop works flawlessly

Mobile users aren't able to use the emotes from their emote picker like they can with the sub ones but it seems to work flawlessly on desktop
