Make Reckful the new face of PogChamp

As PogChamp has been removed, honouring what Reckful did for twitch by making him a global emote in replacement for PogChamp would satisfy those who have been asking for a global emote since his passing and be a good new face for the emote.

    Streamers who were close to Reckful seem to be against this because nobody is sure that this is something he would have wanted - and many see it as something that will be unfortunately misused. Mizkif even said in a recent stream that he would timeout or ban people misusing it.

    In respect for the ones he left behind, it would be in their best interest to not use his face, although we all loved Reckful, his memory already lives in Warcaft at the Chapel in Stormwind, we should just adopt Pepe as twitch mascot already.

    Please make an emote for Byron. If anyone is deserving of their own emote, it's someone who has helped shape Twitch into the website it is today. If it's not a PogChamp replacement, at least make ReckH a global emote! RIP Byron <3

    This isn't about being a fan or not. Reckful is like the original big streamer, thanks to him people found streaming as a possible job.
    I'm pretty sure he was the first one to incorporate donations with his stream.

    Without him Twitch would probably be a few years behind what it is today or maybe not even still be alive.
