payments for novice streamers(
hello, I would very much like to receive payment from subscriptions every month, regardless of the size, for a beginner streamer (for me) this is very important, since I pay for rent and even minimal payments would help me switch to permanent streaming so that I do not wait for payment for 2-3 months, this does not give confidence in the future and does not give the ability to switch to permanent streaming, and this leads me to the diploma and does not allow me to stream more since I combine streaming with work (and I would very much like to make streaming my main activity) with by love MaxMontana

allow the affiliate milestone less than 3 avg viewers, still ads in my content, like the number of viewers pre watch time to hit Avg of 3 must be huge

I would highly recommend not switching to permanent streaming if you are currently waiting 2-3 months for a payout. While it could be helpful, that would be 'putting all your eggs in one basket', and could have serious negative impacts on small streamers.
If you'd like to really monetise your streaming and fast track your growth, I recommend diversifying your income. This means still work, but also upload to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, post on Twitter. Expand your brand and gain a following, and eventually you will be monetised on all platforms and raise the cap of your potential to become a full-time content creator.
Back to the original idea, I think allowing regular payouts regardless of if the payout threshold has been met would not be a good idea, as you have to consider that some financial institutions will charge fees on each Transaction. Having this happen multiple times, instead of waiting for the payout in 2-3 months, would mean you lose possibly 0.5-5% of your pay, maybe more depending on your bank.
