Maybe it can be accessed by a slightly altered UTM Tag on the URL or whatever or "simplified.twitch.tv" where unnecessary UI elements with their animations (Like badges and pseudo-pop-up menus) are removed or done in a more friendly way & accessibility features are on by default. It'd also mean more color modes than just the Dark/Light modes with stuff like Sepia Light Filter, or Colour deficiency modes, or High Contrast mode etc etc
