How can we make Twitch more accessible for users with disabilities or those who depend on assistive technologies to access our services?

Mixer for the viewer

Added the ability for viewers to choose the volume of the different audio tracks in the stream. Sometimes as viewers we just want to hear the streamer's voice and not necessarily the game sound. Would it be possible to implement a solution that would allow the viewer to adjust the different audio tracks?
