Citizens of countries where Twitch does not have a branch, can watch Twitch in 1080p and they can purchase subscriptions using VISA, MASTERCARD, Paypal, etc.
But I cannot watch VOD, Clips. Watching quality was limited up to 720p. (This has been going on for three years.)
