How can we make Twitch more accessible for users with disabilities or those who depend on assistive technologies to access our services?

User Accessibility: Feature Request

Categories

Option to disable flags for "Mature Content"

I don't want to have to click a button to see videos that are tagged a certain way. I am an adult. Please let me just disable that feature.

I don't even get the option to dismiss this and still view the stream due to the BS UK starmer policies, add an option to disable the mature content blocker for people over 18! I mean ffs its not even bad it was just the binding of isaac and it wouldn't let me watch! I'm not a ******* child and have the ID to prove it, I've already verified it several times it's such a pain in the ****.
