How can we make Twitch more accessible for users with disabilities or those who depend on assistive technologies to access our services?

User Accessibility: Feature Request

Categories

Subtitles

I think it can be hard to hear and understand everything and can see in chat, many users have this problem too.
So let the single users chose subtitles or not subtitles, just like they also have at YouTube.
Steamers do not know this problem real and why no one chose subtitles.

Dear twitch, I would like to recommend you to implement artificial intelligence subtitles during the stream, because it will simplify the way of viewing for people who are hard of hearing or cannot, and if my idea will really profit, please text me back, because i waiting for your review< and if i will be really profit you can send me money<3
